OLEVM is a exquisite limited edition single estate extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively from olives grown on our farm in Florence, Italy.

Our 1700 trees are composed of Frantoiane and Morelline cultivars cared for in the most natural way and hand picked with the outmost care. They are harvested at their peak quality, giving life to a signature “early harvest” strong flavored bouquet and very high concentration of beneficial nutrients .

A bright green cold pressed full spectrum extraction bursting with antioxidants, vitamins and minerals . Bottled in an elegant dark glass bottle to preserve its precious contents.

TASTING NOTES: a unique, strong, spicy and tingly bouquet with hints of cut grass, artichoke and flowers. This emerald colored elixir should be enjoyed and tasted raw to fully appreciate its flavor and beneficial properties

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: its bold flavor pairs well with any dish, adding a touch of magic. Ideal for salad dressings, sauces or simply drizzled on toasted bread with a pinch of your favorite salt and spices.

But don’t limit yourself to the usual.. Try a spoonful in your healthy shakes or pour it in an ice mold with your favorite herbs, freeze for a few hours and use the aromatic cubes for your summer dishes.

Store in a cool and dry place away from sunlight. Oil might solidify if exposed to low temperatures. This is natural and will not effect its properties and taste.
