FROM OUR LANDS, TO YOUR HANDS

The Montecucchi Estate is located in the southern hills of Florence, Italy. An area renown for olive oil production since the time of the Etruscans, who invented the modern farmhouse as a consequence of oil production, and later the Romans who built an empire thanks to its life-giving power. Through the Middle Ages, when oil was at the base of medicine and science, bearing its fruits onto the Renaissance when cooking developed into an art form and oil was used in virtually all aspects of daily life.. and so on. Through the ages olive oil has always entwined humans and nature into a timeless bond.

A bond which we continue to honor as olive oil now takes us into the future. As we discover more and more benefits from this magic substance thanks to science, we are awakened to understand how important our relationship with nature really is.
